Overview

The Fountains Primary School are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Ancillary Assistant who can provide general support to the teacher and class team in the care of pupils and management of classroom.

Responsibilities

Support teachers and class team in daily classroom activities, providing general support to pupils, and helping manage classroom tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children, preferably with Special Educational Needs (SEN), is desirable but not essential.
  • A flexible, motivated and caring individual with a passion for children with SEN.
  • Good standard of general education.
  • Willingness to receive training to develop knowledge about working in a special school.
  • Successful completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
