This much admired, strategic digital communications consultancy with strength in corporate affairs is at a very exciting juncture in its development, having recently joined forces with a leading global consulting group, and consequently needing to strengthen its senior strata.
The search is on for a director with particular expertise in leading and refining the new business process on the back of a vibrant pipeline from the parent company. This is not a new business-only role; you will need the intellectual stretch to design and manage strategic digital communications and deliver wise counsel, as well as manage teams and work streams.
Your background will almost certainly be in consultancy, where you will have built strong client relationships, advised at C-suite level and delivered original, stand out work within the corporate space. You will not only need a proven ability to develop client strategies in support of complex integrated digital communications programmes for a range of UK and global clients, but you’ll also be focused on winning the business in the first place, taking the lead in developing a new business strategy agency-wide that delivers high quality proposals full of great thinking that clients will want to sign up to.
