We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Designer to join our team on a wide array of multidisciplinary projects. A role obsessed with craft and storytelling, understanding that great brand execution goes way beyond logo assets.
You will work as part of the design team to develop creative concepts across brand, corporate communications, web, social and more. You will present ideas confidently and with clear rationale. You will translate client briefs into focused design solutions.
Essential experience:- You have at least 6 years experience in an agency or design studio.
- You are a great communicator who is naturally inquisitive and enjoy discussing your own work and the work of others.
- You have worked on large-scale projects with a specific focus on corporate branding.
- You value a strong rationale at the heart of your design work.
- You are comfortable presenting your work in a clear, confident and engaging way.
- You agonise over typography, crafting logos and have an eye for beautiful art-direction.
- You are a pro-active, positive problem-solver who is happy working as part of a team or on your own.
- You bring ambitious and inspiring ideas at every opportunity.
- You are a driver – you see what needs tackling and you work hard to get things done, helping our creative processes to run like clock-work.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Basic knowledge of Figma or similar web programs.
- Experience applying brands digitally, spatially and in print.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload.
- Constant drive to stay up-to-date with the latest industry news and developments.
