Our Supervisors play a key role in creating awelcoming, high-quality shopping experience that keeps our customers comingback. Collaborative and adaptable, you'll champion the day-to-day running ofthe store, helping the management team drive strong commercial results andsmooth shop-floor operations.
What you'll do:
- Greet, assist,and leadby example on the shop floor, connecting with customers,sharing your passion for style and delivering great service
- Maintain acommercial approach to the role and operations,handling transactionsaccurately and assisting with stock control processes.
- Use yourexperience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledgeand experience
- Assist in alltasks to ensure the smooth of the store
