Every exceptional customer moment starts with our people. Our Supervisors play a key role in creating a welcoming, high‑quality shopping experience that keeps our customers coming back. Collaborative and adaptable, you'll champion the day‑to‑day running of the store, helping the management team drive strong commercial results and smooth shop‑floor operations.

What you'll do:

  • Greet, assist, and lead by example on the shop floor, connecting with customers, sharing your passion for style and delivering great service.
  • Maintain a commercial approach to the role and operations, handling transactions accurately and assisting with stock control processes.
  • Use your experience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledge and experience.
  • Assist in all tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

Who you'll be:

  • Engaging with excellent communication skills and flourish in a customer‑facing environment.
  • Focused and take pride in the work you do with our customers.
  • Able to demonstrate your ability to build relationships with customers, recognise their needs and provide the complete outfit they are looking for.
  • Ideally experienced in a customer facing environment.
