At TFG London, we believe that it’s our team who bring our brands to life.

All our colleagues across Hobbs, Phase Eight and Whistles play a vital role in our success story and that story is only getting more exciting!

A busy fashion studio only works when the right people, equipment and details are in place.

As our Studio Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the day-to-day action, helping photographers and production teams move seamlessly between shoots and sets.

You’ll work across our centralised Studio and our British fashion brands, getting involved in everything from lighting and digital capture to equipment checks and set changes.

It’s a practical role where being organised and proactive will make a real difference to how the Studio operates.

What you'll do

  • Get sets and equipment ready for shoots, including lighting rigs, cameras, tethering systems and other studio kit.
  • Help photographers with digital capture and Capture One, making sure sessions, connections and equipment are ready to use.
  • Move between sets during busy shoot days, helping photographers, stylists and producers stay on track.
  • Keep studio equipment in good condition by carrying out checks, organising kit, monitoring supplies and raising any faults or maintenance needs.
  • Help build, change and dress sets, as well as assisting product and model movements between shoots.
  • Keep track of equipment and ensure everything is safely stored, maintained and ready for its next use.
  • Maintain a tidy, safe and well‑organised studio floor, stepping in to support wider studio tasks when needed.

Who you'll be

You’re hands‑on and enjoy figuring things out.

Whether you’ve worked in a photography studio, production environment or another fast‑moving setting, you’ll be comfortable working with equipment, following technical processes and picking up new skills quickly.

You’ll have an interest in photography and some knowledge of studio lighting, tethered shooting or digital capture.

Familiarity with Capture One would be useful, but we’re equally interested in your willingness to learn and develop your technical knowledge.

You’ll be reliable and well‑organised, with the confidence to spot what needs doing without always being asked.

You’ll enjoy working alongside different people, switching between tasks and staying calm when priorities change.

What’s in it for you

It's not just what you can do for us.

We will give you the tools and the time to develop your career in the direction you want to go.

Alongside that, we have some great benefits which include

  • Generous colleague discount up to 70%
  • Up to 28 days holiday entitlement per annum
  • Financial and Wellbeing assistance
  • Enhanced Maternity package
  • Virtual GP service – unlimited access 24/7

If you want to join us and create moments that matter, we’d love to hear from you.
