We are looking for an Online Partner Assistant to join Whistles in achieving our short, medium and long-term ecommerce objectives.

The Online Partner Assistant plays a key support role within the Online Partners team, ensuring the smooth coordination of product launches, data and imagery integrity, trade reporting, and partner website optimisation.

This role is ideal for someone highly organised, commercially aware, and detail-oriented - with a passion for ecommerce and cross-functional collaboration.

  • What you’ll do
  • Manage and track data and imagery submissions for all partners, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met.
  • Own and maintain launch updates and tracking of the collections across partner websites.
  • Liaise with photography and creative teams to ensure imagery meets partner specifications.
  • Coordinate campaign and promotional imagery, ensuring assets are renamed, shared and filed correctly.
  • Produce and send weekly performance reports, including visual trade and bestseller analysis.
  • Conduct regular site walks to flag pricing errors, visibility gaps, missing content or inaccuracies.
  • Support product uploads and launches across all partner websites.
  • Set up and check promotions and price submissions, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Buying, Ecommerce and Finance to resolve data and imagery queries.
  • Reporting and recording all partner site coverage and managing a calendar of upcoming partner coverage.

  • Previous experience in a retail fashion environment and a basic understanding of merchandising would be beneficial but not essential.
