Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the design and buying team to interpret seasonal design needs and optimise size ranges to maximise sales.
- Attending product fit sessions with designers and buyers on development, pre‑production and production samples, communicating fit comments and specifications to suppliers and agents promptly.
- Communicating clearly with suppliers, presenting and feeding back confidently.
- Managing the sealing process, promoting a ‘right first time’ approach to sealing submission.
- Analysing fabric test reports, requesting, reviewing and approving bulk size specifications as required.
Qualifications:
As the Junior Garment Technologist, you will be a vital part of our technical team. Ideal candidates will have experience within Women's Outerwear and Soft Separates, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, be exceptionally organised, and enjoy working collaboratively. You should be skilled at building and maintaining effective working relationships at all levels, both internally and with our supplier base.
