If you want to lead the UK & Ireland Retail strategy for TFG Brands London and build on our period of phenomenal growth over the past two years, then this Head of Retail UK & Ireland role is for you. We're recruiting an all-encompassing retail leader who can utilise their extensive retailing experience to drive sales and customer service excellence across all markets within the region, as well as define and measure KPIs for commercial success.

Reporting to the Global Retail Director, the Head of Retail UK & Ireland is responsible for the performance of over 160 stores and 250 concessions and outlets for our Hobbs, Whistles, Phase Eight, and Inside Story brands. This senior role will draw on your empowering and motivating leadership skills to nurture and support teams of Regional Managers, Visual Merchandising, and Central Retail Operations experts to meet and exceed growth objectives and performance targets across all markets.

Your proven track record of successfully driving sales, optimizing operations, and managing relationships with internal and external partners will be utilized to deliver strategic brand initiatives and create momentum within TFG London to achieve commercial goals across the group, including sales, profitability, EBITDA, costs, and productivity.

The successful candidate will have superb commercial acumen, including excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. With a strategic mindset and an eye for detail, you will foster a collaborative environment where business and people growth go hand in hand. Exceeding customer expectations will be at the heart of your decisions across trading, VM excellence, and operations.
