At Phase Eight, we are looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to lead, shape and deliver a marketing strategy that strengthens the brand, attracts new customers and champions commercial growth.

What You'll Do
  • Define and deliver a customer‑led, insight‑driven marketing strategy that supports brand evolution and commercial goals.
  • Spearhead the rollout of new brand positioning and identity across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget and optimise channel mix across paid, owned and earned media.
  • Develop annual and seasonal multi‑channel brand plans aligned with product launches and trading priorities.
  • Report campaign and brand performance to executive leadership with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with retail, digital, concessions and international teams to deliver a consistent brand experience.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to produce elevated campaign assets and always‑on content.
  • Lead, develop and motivate a high‑performing brand marketing team.
  • Ensure social, content and cultural insights shape marketing activity and maintain brand relevance.
  • Champion the customer perspective and ensure decisions are grounded in insight and cultural awareness.
Who You'll Be

You’ll be an experienced brand marketing leader with a strong background in premium or contemporary fashion or lifestyle brands. You bring a blend of strategic thinking, creative instinct and commercial awareness, with a proven track record of delivering marketing strategies that drive both brand impact and business results.

You understand how fashion marketing continues to evolve, balancing traditional channels with content-led storytelling, social engagement and meaningful partnerships. You’re confident using insight and data to guide decisions while maintaining a strong creative point of view.

You’re also an inspiring and collaborative leader who enjoys working cross-functionally and building strong relationships across creative, retail, e-commerce and product teams.
