Every exceptional customer moment starts with our people. Our Supervisors play a key role in creating a welcoming, high-quality shopping experience that keeps our customers coming back. Collaborative and adaptable, you'll champion the day-to-day running of the store, helping the management team drive strong commercial results and smooth shop-floor operations.
What you'll do:
- Greet, assist, and lead by example on the shop floor, connecting with customers, sharing your passion for style and delivering great service.
- Maintain a commercial approach to the role and operations, handling transactions accurately and assisting with stock control processes.
- Use your experience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledge and experience.
- Assist in all tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
