Calling all customer champions! We are opening our new pop‑up store in Bridgend this August and are looking for a part‑time Supervisor to join our team. This is a 12‑month, fixed‑term contract, working 24 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Greet, assist, and lead by example on the shop floor, connecting with customers and delivering great service.
- Maintain a commercial approach to the role and operations, handle transactions accurately, and assist with stock control processes.
- Use experience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledge and experience.
- Assist in all tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and flourish in a customer‑facing environment.
- Focused and take pride in the work you do with customers.
- Ability to build relationships with customers, recognize their needs, and provide the complete outfit they are looking for.
- Ideally experienced in a customer‑facing environment.
