Ready to lead with purpose and make a real difference? Join The Forward Trust as a Team Leader based on-site at HMP/YOI Bronzefield in Ashford (35 hours per week, including weekend rota). You will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering trauma-informed, gender-responsive substance misuse services within a dynamic women's prison, supporting individuals on their journey to recovery and reintegration.
Please note: Level 2 vetting clearance is required prior to starting in post.
What you'll be doing
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team delivering high-quality interventions
- Hold a caseload, facilitating 1:1 and group programmes
- Complete assessments and shape personalised treatment and release plans
- Provide supervision, coaching, and performance support to practitioners
- Collaborate across prison, healthcare, and mental health services
- Ensure delivery meets CQC standards, KPIs, and contractual targets
- Step in to oversee service delivery in the absence of the Service Manager

All prison-based roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks and HMPPS security vetting. These checks can take up to 5 months to complete. Any offer of employment will be conditional upon the successful completion of both checks.
Please note if you have lived overseas within the last 5 years then checks may take longer. As part of the interview stage, candidates will be required to deliver a short presentation (up to 10 minutes). Further details will be provided in advance, along with the job description to support your preparation.
