About The Role
Are you an experienced High Intensity Therapist looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference? We are recruiting for a part-time (21 hours per week) High Intensity Therapist based at HMP Highpoint, supporting adults with common mental health difficulties through evidence-based psychological interventions within a secure setting. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality therapeutic support, helping individuals improve their wellbeing and make positive, lasting changes to their lives.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering high-intensity Step 3 interventions through both 1:1 and group-based therapy
- Conducting assessments and determining suitability for evidence-based treatments
- Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans in line with national guidance
- Managing a varied caseload and ensuring timely access to support
- Providing clinical and line management supervision to the Senior PWP
- Supporting service performance, quality improvement and service development initiatives
- Working collaboratively with healthcare teams, prison staff and external partners
