THE FORWARD TRUST is seeking a compassionate Women’s Outreach Worker to engage with women across Southend City facing homelessness, trauma and complex barriers. You’ll use a person-centred, trauma-informed approach to help access housing, health and specialist services while building trust and promoting independence.
You will work with statutory and voluntary partners to coordinate support, maintain records, and promote safeguarding. A flexible, non-judgemental ethos is essential.
