The Forward Trust in London is seeking a Recovery Navigator to work with adult male prison leavers and individuals on community orders, across multiple London boroughs. This in-person, community-based role focuses on assessments, tailored support, and facilitating access to treatment.
You will build partnerships, maintain records, and deliver one-to-one and group interventions, including virtual sessions, while travelling between sites to meet clients where they are.
