Are you passionate about helping people make lasting, positive changes in their lives? Join our East Kent team as a Day Programme Community Rehabilitation Facilitator, working 35 hours per week to support adults affected by drug and alcohol dependency on their recovery journey.

This rewarding community-based role combines face-to-face and online delivery, giving you the opportunity to help individuals make lasting, positive changes through a structured recovery programme built around the 12-Step approach.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering a structured Day Programme using a 12-Step recovery model
  • Managing a caseload of service users and supporting their individual recovery goals
  • Facilitating daily group sessions, workshops, and 1:1 interventions
  • Conducting assessments and supporting admissions onto the programme
  • Working closely with Recovery Workers and partner agencies to provide holistic, integrated support
  • Promoting the programme and helping to develop clear recovery pathways across East Kent
  • Delivering support both in person and online to maximise accessibility

What we're looking for:

  • Experience supporting individuals with substance misuse, recovery, wellbeing, or related support needs
  • Confidence facilitating groups and delivering person-centred interventions
  • Strong communication, organisation, and case management skills
  • The ability to build positive relationships with service users, colleagues, and partner agencies
  • A genuine passion for supporting people to achieve transformational change
