HMP Wormwood Scrubs is seeking a Recovery Worker – Peer Supporter Lead to develop and deliver peer-led recovery within its Substance Misuse Service. You will lead recruitment, training and supervision of peer supporters and work with healthcare and prison staff to provide integrated care.
The role requires trauma-informed practice, strong communication and the ability to motivate others. Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends is expected, with cross-deployment across sites.
