We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Recovery Facilitator to join our team at the Essex Community Rehabilitation Centre, delivering The Forward Trust's SHARP Programme.
The SHARP Programme is a structured community day rehabilitation programme based on the 12-Step approach, supporting adults aged 18+ affected by drug and alcohol use to achieve sustainable recovery.
As a Recovery Facilitator, you will play a key role in helping individuals transform their lives by managing a caseload of service users throughout their recovery journey.
You will: Deliver structured daily group programmes and therapeutic interventions based on the SHARP model.
Complete comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred SMART care plans.
Support service users through the admissions process, working closely with Recovery Workers across the Essex region.
Build positive, professional relationships that encourage engagement, motivation and long-term recovery.
