Make a real difference in people's lives. Join our dedicated Essex Community Rehabilitation service as a Counsellor. We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Counsellor to deliver a range of psychosocial and psychoeducational programmes, including The Brink of Change and Prep for SHARP, alongside 1:1 therapeutic support. You'll be based across multiple community partner hubs in Essex, supporting clients on their recovery journey.

What you'll do:

  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops
  • Provide 1:1 tailored therapeutic interventions
  • Manage a caseload and contribute to treatment planning
  • Collaborate with families, professionals, and stakeholders
  • Support clients with safeguarding, onward referrals, and aftercare planning
