What you'll be doing:
- Shadow experienced team members and learn on the job.
- Receive structured training and ongoing support to develop your skills.
- Gain practical experience within your assigned business area.
- Attend regular reviews to monitor your progress and development.
- Work towards a recognised qualification alongside your role (subject to eligibility).
- Complete the compulsory therapy element as part of the traineeship.

All prison-based roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks and HMPPS security vetting. These checks can take up to 5 months to complete.
