Are you a motivated leader with experience in health and wellbeing services for adult drug and alcohol users? We are looking for a Team Leader to manage a dedicated team of practitioners delivering tailored interventions at HMP Send, helping service users achieve their personal recovery goals.

In this role, you’ll combine leadership, hands‑on case management, and strategic oversight to ensure high‑quality support and performance delivery. You’ll be instrumental in driving both harm reduction and abstinence‑based treatments, while also addressing low‑level mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and develop a team of practitioners, allocating caseloads and mentoring staff.
• Oversee a small number of complex cases personally, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
• Deliver performance targets set by Forward Trust, commissioners, and the prime contractor.
• Ensure data accuracy and meet all submission deadlines in collaboration with the Service Manager.
• Deputise for the Service Manager when required, acting as the senior representative on‑site.
