About the Role: As a Forward Trust Substance Misuse Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) , you will play a crucial role in the clinical care of individuals experiencing issues with drug and/or alcohol use. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will independently assess, diagnose, and prescribe appropriate medications to support recovery, including substitute prescribing and detox regimes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users physical and mental health. Prescribe and review medication related to substance misuse, including opioid substitution therapy and alcohol detoxification.
