About the role

As a Planning Optimisation Analyst, you will create and maintain workload volume forecasts and model colleague resource requirements across customer-facing teams. Your role includes analysing volumes such as new mortgage and savings account openings, translating insights into practical, actionable workforce resource plans, and collaborating closely with key stakeholders to inform hiring strategies and workforce decisions.

What you'll need

  • Experience working in a resource planning function in a front‑office or back‑office environment.
  • Exposure to workforce management solutions, preferably Calabrio.
  • Proven analytical skills and intermediate Excel proficiency.
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
