Role Overview: Workforce Real Time Co‑ordinator – North Yorkshire Council.
Location: Northallerton, North Yorkshire (Hybrid).
Salary: £29,064‑£31,537.
Closing date: 26 April 2026.
Job Purpose: Support the Intraday Manager by ensuring all real‑time plans are rolled out effectively, liaising with all Service Teams and stakeholders to meet business needs. Maintain a high level of customer support while managing team workload and prioritising wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage live workload, staffing, and performance to meet operational targets.
- Produce agent schedules that meet business needs in a contact centre environment.
- Maintain customer support standards across multiple contact channels and locations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience in real‑time management and omni‑channel management.
- Experience producing agent schedules for contact centre environments.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to guide and support team members and navigate changing needs.
Work Base & Schedule: Initial 4‑week induction at Northallerton; thereafter, office base at Northallerton, Harrogate, Scarborough or Selby. Hybrid working model with typical week split between work‑from‑home and office.
