Do you excel in implementing best-in-class planning methodologies and processes, managing change, and influencing senior stakeholders to drive operational improvements? If so, then our Forecasting & Planning Manager role could be perfect for you.
As the Forecasting & Planning Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of experts in Forecasting and Planning, while also being a technical authority in creating Forecasting and Capacity Models. Partnering with Field Operations teams, you’ll ensure we have the right resource capacity to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- Own the Demand & Capacity Planning Process: Engage with stakeholders and business partners on all things workforce planning
- Review & Analyse Performance: Identify risks and opportunities through insight and root cause analysis
- Tactical Planning: Manage the 1-week to 28-day planning cycle, optimising resources and highlighting key risks
- Lead the team to analyse process, demand, capacity and present recommendations for risk mitigation
