The Formative Few are recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery group in Southfields, seeking Nursery Practitioners (Level 3+) to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Observe, assess, and track children’s development
- Support children’s daily routines, including mealtimes
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
- Work collaboratively within a team
Candidate Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above
- Previous experience in a nursery, childcare, or education setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, reliable, and positive approach
- Genuine interest in child development

Working Hours
