Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team in Bristol.
The Form Partnership are a new, dynamic and agile MEP and Sustainability engineering design consultancy who are experts in our field.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering detailed, coordinated, and cost-effective mechanical design solutions.
- Producing specifications, calculations, and reports tailored to client needs.
- Designing mechanical systems using the latest software tools.
- Delivering designs as part of a team.
- Exploring innovative approaches and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Attending design team meetings, client briefings, and site inspections.
What We're Looking For
- Four years experience as a Mechanical Engineer, ideally in a consultancy setting.
- Good understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical building services.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Revit, Auto CAD and Bluebeam
- Experience of IES software desirable.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with relevant British Standards.
- Experience of working in the London Commercial market
- A proactive, open-minded approach and a collaborative 'can do' spirit.
