- Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal dishes using high-quality organic produce
- Taking ownership of your section and ensuring everything is prepared and ready for a smooth service
- Supporting the kitchen across restaurant service, food production and occasional private events
- Helping to develop seasonal dishes and specials that showcase the fantastic produce available
- Sharing your knowledge with junior chefs while maintaining excellent standards of food quality, hygiene and organisation
We're looking for a Chef De Partie with strong kitchen fundamentals, a genuine love of seasonal cooking and the confidence to take ownership of their section.
You’ll be organised, calm during a busy service and excited by the opportunity to work with exceptional ingredients in a unique countryside setting. Experience with fresh pasta or Italian-style cooking would be a fantastic advantage. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK TO BE SUITABLE FOR THIS ROLE. - £35,000 per annum plus circa £4,000 gratuities and service charge
- 45-hour contract, working 5 days out of 7
