We are seeking a talented, experienced & hands on Assistant Manager here at The Hartham Park Estate, Corsham, Wiltshire.
You will be a key member of the wider Forges Group who operate the Forge & Pheasant Cafe Bar of which you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in all aspects. This is a rare opportunity to secure predominately daytime based hospitality managment work (bar the odd evening event & weddings)
Secondly you will be responsible for looking after & driving standards across Food & Beverage catering operations which services the Georgian manor on the Hartham Park Estate executing successful Conference & Banqueting, Weddings & Events.
With new owners in 2024 with big plans, this is a diverse and incredible role to really get stuck into and make your mark as the Estate grows over the coming years. We have already hosted high profile Gala dinners, large scale car shows & hosted VIP visitors to the Estate.
Experience of hotel operations, multi-faceted hospitality or busy event, pubs or restaurant establishments will be required to fulfil the role. You will report directly to The Forges Group Hospitality Manager.
We are seeking a hands on leader who will be floor based to drive the Food & Beverage standards to meet the stunning surroundings. Positivity, team work & a \’can do\’ attitude are our non-negotiables we look at when forming our perfect team.

Full time £32-35k per annum (base pay plus tips on top)
