Role: Cleaner

Hours: 20 hours per week (43 weeks per year) working Monday to Thursday (3pm to 7pm), Friday (3pm to 6pm)

Pay: £12.85 hourly rate

Location: The Forest School, Park Lane, Knaresborough, HG5 0DQ

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working as part of a friendly team, you will keep classrooms, offices and washrooms fresh and tidy.
  • Carrying out everyday cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and emptying bins.
  • Sanitising washrooms and keeping hygiene supplies (soap, paper towels) fully stocked.
  • Using cleaning equipment and products safely (we will teach you all the Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines).
  • Carrying out occasional deep cleans during school holiday periods.
  • Helping lock or unlock the site and keeping the school premises secure.
