The Fordy Group is supporting a US-based aerospace and defence business in the search for a Technical Sales Engineer – International to drive sales growth across Europe and wider global markets.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven technical sales professional with experience in aerospace, defence, aviation, aircraft systems, RF, ethernet cable technology, connectors, interconnects, cable assemblies, or similar engineered products.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing new business
- Managing channel partners
- Visiting customers
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers
- Supporting trade shows
- Gathering market intelligence
- Driving sales growth across international territories
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ technical sales experience
- Experience selling internationally, ideally outside the Americas
- Experience managing channel partners, distributors, or sales teams
- Aerospace, defence, aviation, or aircraft systems experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical knowledge preferred
This is a remote Europe-based role with significant travel. The position is offered on a contractor basis due to the company being US-based with no legal entity in Europe.
