We are currently looking for a FUN, ENERGETIC & OUTGOING Lead Coach to join our growing team delivering our exciting Football Fun & Development sessions across Portsmouth and Havant.
If you love working with children, have a passion for football and can light up a session with positivity and energy — we would LOVE to hear from you!
About Our Football Fun & Development Sessions
Our sessions are designed for children aged 4–12 years old and are open to both boys and girls of all abilities.
These sessions focus on:
- Building confidence
- Making friends
- Having FUN above everything else!
Sessions are held on weekday evenings, usually on 3G/turf pitches, typically between 5pm–6pm.

We are currently looking for a Lead Coach available for:
Additional opportunities may become available throughout the year including holiday camps, parties and events.
What We’re Looking For
We are searching for a coach who is:
Passionate about creating amazing experiences for children
You should also have:
- Experience working with children and/or toddlers
- Experience leading football or sports sessions
- Strong communication and organization skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Essential Qualifications
- FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football (Essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
- Suitable for an enhanced DBS check
