Overview
Oxfordshire FA is seeking to appoint a Coach & Referee Development Officer, based in Bicester, to support key members of the grassroots football workforce across the county. Reporting to the Head of Football Support Services, the successful candidate will work closely with the Coach Development Lead, the wider Oxfordshire FA team, the local football community, and key stakeholders to deliver on the organisation\’s strategic objectives:
- Open Play: Enhancing player choice and creating inclusive opportunities for all
- Fair Play: Addressing poor behaviour and promoting respect
- Team Play: Supporting community clubs to thrive and developing a valued network of volunteers, coaches, and referees
- Safe Play: Improving facilities and strengthening governance across the game
Location
This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work from the Oxfordshire FA offices in Bicester, from home, and across the county.

£26,000 per annum

35 hours per week (including evenings and weekends as required)
