The FA is looking for a Hospitality & Protocol Coordinator for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The successful candidate will support the Hospitality and Protocol team in effectively delivering operational support for all FA events.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for all FA events, ensuring areas and support areas meet the required standard as needed.
- Issue invitations, maintain guest lists and coordinate day‑of event operations including ticketing, staffing and parking.
- Order gifts and event‑day collateral, monitor and maintain inventory.
- Prepare all event‑day materials and liaise closely with the FA Events team to ensure effective management.
- Plan and lead hospitality for U21 fixtures on the road.
- Plan partner hospitality (FA Lounge and FA Club areas) for FA games played at Wembley and on the road.
- Raise invoices, purchase orders and liaise with suppliers and contractors regarding invoicing.
- Arrange meetings, take minutes and distribute notes for all FA hospitality meetings.
- Undertake administrative duties as directed by the manager or nominee.
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects when necessary and perform other tasks to meet changing priorities.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of health, safety and wellbeing.
- Obtain the required DBS check in line with legislation and government guidance.
Qualifications
- Administration and coordination experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in hospitality or a client‑facing role.
- Professional and discreet.
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong accuracy skills.
- Strong ability to prioritise and balance work across a range of games simultaneously.
Desirable
- Understanding of Proactis.
- Experience working in sports events.
- Experience working with VIPs.
