The Football Association (The FA) is recruiting a Head of Women's Data, Technology & Insights to lead the Data, Technology & Insights function within the Women's Technical division.

You will set strategic direction, prioritise investment and ensure data, insight and technology drive performance across the England pathway.

You will build an operating model, develop capabilities and embed data-driven decision making with coaches and senior leaders.
