Are you interested in working for an organisation that truly values its people? The FA are looking to recruit 3x Experience Coaches (casual role) to work within the Operations Team at St George's Park (SGP), Burton-Upon-Trent to deliver our hugely popular experience packages. The role will involve delivering a bespoke coaching session, in line with our England “winning teams” technical programme while providing an outstanding experience to external clients booking activities at St. George's Park. The successful candidates will be tasked to provide a high level of coaching and customer service to include the delivery of facility tours. You will also be asked from time to time to be available to support other events including FA partnership days.

What You'll Need?

  • Essential for the role:
  • Minimum UEFA ‘B' Licence (up to date)
  • Current DBS certification (Enhanced)
  • Experience of working in professional academy settings
  • Emergency First Aid in Football (EFAiF)
  • FA Youth Award
  • All candidates must be flexible and available to deliver experiences across weekdays, weekends and evenings.
  • Beneficial to have:
    • UEFA A Licence
    • Advanced Youth Award
    • UKSCA or equivalent accreditation
