You will deliver best-in-class analytical support across England pathway teams (U16-20), providing actionable insights to coaches and players and helping shape tactical development and playing principles. You will work with England National Team staff to deliver live game plan insights, post-match reviews and long-term strategy, leveraging data and video to inform selection.
