<div><p>FA Learning is investing in its data architecture, infrastructure and analytical maturity.
This role is the department's first specialist data analyst position, created to establish & embed rigorous data processes, clear governance and high-quality analysis that underpin confident, evidence-informed decision making.</p><p>To enable high-quality decision making within Learning & Innovation (L&I) and across the department by delivering trusted, insight-led dashboards and reports, underpinned by a growing strong understanding of the business and its data.</p><p>The role will translate business needs into clear data requirements, supporting the ingestion, validation and use of data within a central data platform to improve data quality, consistency and accessibility.</p><p>The post holder will also contribute to the development of foundational data governance practices, promoting common definitions and self-service reporting, while acting as a reliable and proactive partner for stakeholders on data, insight and reporting needs.</p><p><b>Interviews will be held at The National Football Centre, St.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting, insight, and the use of data to support effective decision making</li><li>Support the development and adoption of foundational data governance practices, including contributing to a business glossary, championing consistent data definitions, and reinforcing good data management behaviours across the department</li><li>Oversee and enforce data policies, processes and standards for FA Learning in accordance with FA Group</li><li>Enable effective data ingestion into the Data Science and Insights platform by aligning business requirements with structured data definitions and logic</li><li>Develop and maintain self‑serve dashboards and reporting tools that allow the department to run the business and make insight‑informed decisions.
