Berks & Bucks FA is seeking a passionate and creative Digital Communications Officer to join its Operations Team. The successful candidate will support the Football Communications Officer in promoting the impact of football through digital content, raising awareness of the organisation\’s work, and increasing its social media profile and engagement.

Reporting to the Football Communications Officer, the Digital Communications Officer will help ensure that digital communications support the County FA\’s key priorities and the delivery of The FA Grassroots Football Strategy.

About the Role
- Increase reach, followers, and engagement across all County FA social and online channels
- Maintain and further develop the County FA website as a central resource for up-to-date stakeholder information
- Coordinate the development and delivery of County FA email newsletters and branded social media assets
- Experience in social media management and content management systems
- Ability to create inspiring and effective digital communications for different audiences
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Desirable Skills
- Experience in creating and delivering content for digital channels including social media, email marketing, and websites
- Skills in filming and video editing
