Factory Manager (Food Manufacturing)

Factory Manager – SHROPSHIRE This Factory Manager career opportunity exists with an innovative, independent food business which is in growth and looking to attract a Factory Leader who is passionate about driving productivity, nurturing team performance and maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, producing a range of innovative portfolio of premium foods to a wide range of customers.  In this role you will be responsible for the factory, continuing to improve efficiencies and ensure performance levels are consistently achieved, taking full responsibility for your team and collaborating across the business, providing outstanding leadership, continuously challenging, innovation and improving performance across the factory. Essentially, you must have a proven track record in a similar role as Manufacturing Manager, Factory Manager or Operations Manager, within Food Manufacturing. Experience of managing a High Risk process would be hugely advantageous as would experience successfully leading large teams in complex food processing environments.
