The Folio Society is looking for a Print & Creative Production Assistant to join our in‑house Marketing team.
This is an opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career to gain hands‑on experience across print production, creative operations and marketing.
Reporting to the Head of Creative and Marketing Operations, you’ll help deliver a wide range of marketing assets, from printed catalogues and direct mail to photography, video shoots and digital creative.
You’ll also play an important role in keeping our creative assets organised and ensuring projects run smoothly from concept through to delivery.

- What you'll be doing
- Print Production
- Support the production of Folio's printed catalogues, brochures and direct mail campaigns.
- Coordinate artwork circulation, track amends, approvals and external supplier proofing.
- Liaise with printers and suppliers.
- Attend supplier Folio catalogue printing press passes
- Track print schedules and delivery deadlines.
- Help maintain print specifications, production documentation and, circulate printed materials to key internal teams.
- Creative Production
- Assist with planning photography and video shoots.
- Help organise books and logistics for content creation.
- Coordinate the delivery of creative assets across marketing channels.
- Support the smooth running of the creative production process.
- Creative Asset Management
- Organise and maintain Folio's Digital Asset Management system.
- Ensure imagery, videos and artwork are correctly labelled and archived.
- Help maintain file naming conventions and version control.
- Design & Artwork
- Assist with artwork amends across catalogues and marketing materials.
- Support designers with preparing artwork for print.
- Support in house designers with photography and graphic design
- Administration
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices where required.
- Keep project documentation up to date.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, has a good eye for detail and is excited by the opportunity to learn.
- A recent graduate in Graphic Design, Marketing, Creative Media, Photography or a related subject.
- Looking for your first role within a creative or marketing team.
- We'd love to see
- An interest in print production and publishing.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence managing multiple tasks.
- A willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Some experience with the following would be beneficial, although not essential:
- Adobe Illustrator
