Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and managing staging and interior design projects from inception to delivery ensuring flawless execution of design schemes that align seamlessly with the property’s target demographic of buyer.
  • Managing company CRM systems and programs (Dropbox, Trello, Outlook, etc.) to deliver tasks with ease.
  • Navigating design trends and innovative home staging techniques, catering to the Super Prime and Prime Central London real estate market.
  • Contributing to the upkeep of our inventory and efficient stock organisation.
  • Collaborating with the Directors to create compelling client presentations and project proposals on InDesign.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with suppliers, contractors, and industry peers.
  • Delivering client proposals and mood boards on InDesign in alignment with our brand guidelines.
  • Regular consultation with both our design and social media team.
  • Assisting in crafting marketing materials for brochures, websites, and social media.
  • Regularly researching designers, brands, styles, and emerging trends.
  • Excelling under pressure, embracing the fast-paced, deadline-driven working environment.
  • Collaborating with the Warehouse Manager to maintain updated stock inventory CRM systems.
  • Aiding the Logistics team with installation preparations and inventory checks at our warehouse.
  • Creative collaboration with Photographers and Designers to provide art direction during photo shoots.
  • Attending trade shows, art exhibitions and other industry events to expand your horizons.

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Styling or related field (mandatory).
  • A minimum of 2 years professional experience in interior styling, home staging or an interior design-related role
  • A genuine passion for interior design, a keen eye for detail and an appreciation for aesthetics.
  • High proficiency in design software Adobe Creative Suite, namely InDesign (AutoCAD or SketchUp skills a bonus)
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Insights into luxury markets and current design trends.
  • Knowledge of high-end furniture suppliers and luxury brands.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with teammates and clients.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a keen aesthetic eye.
  • A proactive mindset to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
