About the Fold: The Fold London is an award-winning British luxury womenswear brand built on a singular, powerful idea: that the women who run boardrooms, lead teams and shape the world deserve clothes as ambitious as they are. Founded with a clear mission to dress professional women with intention, The Fold has built a loyal global community of customers who value craft, quality, and considered design over fast fashion. With a multi-channel presence - led by ecommerce and supported by our two London stores in Chelsea and the City – The Fold has built a loyal and growing customer base across the UK, US and internationally. As we enter the next stage of growth, we are investing heavily in our international expansion, commercial capability, systems, customer insight and operational infrastructure. This role is a key part of that journey.

Role Overview: This role sits within the E-commerce team, reporting to the Head of E-commerce, and ensures we’re connecting product, consumer, website and marketing performance to drive growth. The primary functional objective is to transform manual data workflows and establish automated, scalable performance dashboards that directly inform weekly and monthly trading cadences. Operating at the core of our digital infrastructure transformation, the position translates complex, multi-channel datasets into immediate commercial actions to optimize revenue, conversion, and margin.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Trade Analysis
    • Own weekly and daily trading analysis across marketplaces and ecommerce
    • Analyse core KPIs (e.g.): Revenue (Gross & Net), Orders & Traffic, Conversion Rate (CVR), AOV, Returns, Stock cover, Product performance
    • Tracking performance and risk/opportunity YoY and vs Plan
    • Moving beyond the ‘what’ and ensuring the business understands the ‘why’ – this is a key role in assessing potential trade action (whether it be marketing, product or trading activity)
    • You’ll be a source of independence across the data, taking a key role in weekly trade meetings, giving you the opportunity to challenge and validate ideas and options.
  • Forecasting & Reporting
    • Support forecasting across DTC, validating and challenging assumptions. You’ll have a key role in helping to move forward forecasting capability, bringing together all relevant business units – to ensure a clear and data led plan.
    • Identify in-year gaps and opportunities ahead of time, to ensure we’re ready to take advantage or course correct.
    • Partner with teams on promotional planning, range optimisation, channel prioritisation and pricing approaches.
    • Own the rollout of dashboard suites to help deliver quicker decision making across the business. Increase automation and use of AI within reporting, built on a foundation of data accuracy and consistency.
  • Measurement & Testing
    • This is a key role in delivering a cross-discipline test and learn focus. You’ll bring together teams around key testing initiatives to continuously improve performance across DTC.
    • You’ll be able to influence and identify tests across conversion, traffic, product, merchandising and consumer experience – ensuring reporting is considered upfront and every test has a clear outcome, even if unsuccessful.

About you: We are looking for someone who is data and insight obsessed, curious about innovation and has a strong drive for growth!

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (essential)
