We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Shoot & Content Producer to take ownership of the planning and delivery of all shoots across e-commerce, campaign, and marketing channels. Working closely with the Head of Brand, this role plays a central part in bringing our creative vision to life, ensuring shoots are delivered to a consistently high standard, on time and within budget. You will oversee all aspects of production, from initial planning through to execution, managing multiple projects concurrently.
You’ll lead the coordination of shoots end-to-end—managing samples, talent, freelancers, and suppliers—while ensuring all activity aligns with brand expectations and business priorities. This is a fast-paced role with a high level of responsibility, offering the opportunity to shape production processes and make a meaningful impact across the brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Management
- You’ll lead and take full ownership of the end-to-end production process, ensuring all shoots are delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day production process across studio and location shoots, including pre-production, on-set delivery, and post-production.
- Partner closely with the Head of Brand to deliver engaging and commercially effective content across e-commerce, campaign, and marketing channels.
- Own shoot timelines, schedules, and production logistics, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain and manage the seasonal production calendar, aligning stakeholders on timelines, critical paths, and delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate studios, locations, travel, accommodation, catering, couriers, and all on-set requirements.
- Compile and distribute call sheets, shoot schedules, project briefs, and shoot guides.
- Source, brief, negotiate, and manage freelance crew, suppliers, and external partners in line with budget and creative needs.
- Support budget tracking, invoicing, and production administration with strong attention to cost control.
- Continually review and improve production processes and workflows to drive efficiency across teams.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements across production and logistics.
- Support the Head of Brand in evolving production workflows and ways of working.
- Shoot Coordination & Sample Management
- You’ll ensure all shoots are fully prepared, with clear alignment across teams and accurate management of all samples and assets.
- Coordinate monthly model shoots, product cut-out shoots, seasonal campaigns, and content shoots.
- Support the integration of styling into the critical path to ensure efficient shoot preparation.
- Work closely with Product, Buying, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure smooth product handovers and accurate style information.
- Organise and lead pre-shoot styling meetings and fit sessions.
- Take accountability for sample management, ensuring all product is prepared, tracked, transferred, and returned on time.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with model agencies, freelancers, studios, and suppliers.
- Support model research, casting, and talent selection in collaboration with the Head of Brand.
- Maintain casting references, talent boards, and creative research for future shoots.
- On-set Production
- You’ll take the lead on-set, ensuring shoots run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with creative direction.
- Attend and oversee all shoots, acting as the key point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
- Support photographers, stylists, HMU artists, models, and crew to ensure seamless shoot execution.
- Assist with studio or location set-up and pack-down where required.
- Ensure shoot guides, shot lists, styling notes, and creative direction are followed accurately.
- Troubleshoot production or logistical issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain an organised, collaborative, and professional on-set environment.
- Post-Production & Delivery
- You’ll take responsibility for ensuring all content is delivered accurately, on time, and to brand standards.
- Ensure all required content is captured and delivered in line with the brief.
- Manage file workflows, including rushes, uploads, naming conventions, and asset organisation.
- Support selects, retouching workflows, and final asset delivery across teams.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on project status, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Work closely with repro and retouch teams to ensure priorities and timelines are met.
- Ensure all assets are delivered accurately and aligned with brand standards across all channels.
- Creative & Brand Support
- You’ll contribute to the ongoing development and elevation of creative output across the brand.
- Support the Head of Brand with creative research across locations, casting, styling, and shoot references.
- Build and maintain reference decks across talent, locations, and suppliers.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging talent.
About You
You’ll be a highly organised and commercially aware production professional in fashion, confident taking ownership of shoots end-to-end in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, with:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Shoot Producer, Content Producer, or fashion production role, with strong end-to-end shoot knowledge.
- Experienced in managing e-commerce and campaign shoots, from planning through to delivery.
- Confident sourcing and booking talent, locations, and freelance teams, with strong supplier management skills.
- Comfortable managing budgets and negotiating costs to balance quality and efficiency.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to keep shoots on track in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communicator, building relationships across creative, product, and external teams.
- Takes ownership of logistics and decisions, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
