Responsibilities:
- Utilise brand product knowledge to build outfits and style the collection with clients.
- Oversee alteration process from start to finish (training will be provided).
- Be a passionate Fold brand ambassador.
- Engage in regular in-store brand events.
- Be familiar with high-end sales processes, behaviours, customers and brands.
- Be passionate about styling and building customer relationships.
- Understand the commercial goals of the store, working towards KPIs within a retail environment.
