We are looking to hire an IT Support Engineer to join the Infrastructure and Support team working out of our High Wycombe office, supporting the wider Focusrite Group of brands: Novation, Focusrite, Martin Audio, Linea Research, TiMax, ADAM Audio, Sonnox and Sequential. For this full time role we require attendance at our head office in High Wycombe for 4 days per week.
Duties
- Respond to support tickets and work on internal improvement projects to deliver an amazing user experience to our internal customers, facilitate automation of internal processes and work to tight SLAs.
- Support users across a range of technologies and debug complex integration issues while ensuring the environment remains available and secure.
- Be a self-starter with a passion for learning, a keen eye for detail, and excellent time management skills, managing multiple support tickets and project tasks concurrently.
- Help drive the technological choices of the business as part of the wider global Infrastructure and Support team.
Skills and experience required
- Professional experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration.
- Experience of MacOS/Windows hardware & software troubleshooting.
- Professional experience working in another IT Support role.
