Imagine Direct Office Supplies are looking for a proactive and organised Business Apprentice to support the day-to-day demands of the business functions and operations. The role is ideal for someone looking to start their career within a business setting whilst working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

Wage: £15,600 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm (30 minutes unpaid lunch break) 37 hours 30 minutes a week

Duration: 1 year 6 months

What you'll do at work:

  • Order processing, records and documentation
  • Maintain our CRM systems with up-to-date information, including calling existing customers and other customer accounts that may have been overlooked for new products
  • Enter customer orders and quotes into company systems accurately using Microsoft Office and our in‑house CRM systems
  • Assist with limited financial processes such as bookkeeping, adding the purchase ledger, credit control etc.
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries over the phone and email
  • Help grow and maintain our social media presence
  • Receive regular support, training and help throughout the apprenticeship

Training: Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.
