About the Role:
You will be responsible for elevating the quality of creative output, mentoring and developing the design team, and embedding the Creative Director’s vision across all projects. This role provides day-to-day creative design output and leadership, supports problem-solving on briefs, and fosters a collaborative, high-performing studio culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of high-quality brand, digital, and campaign work across multiple clients and industries
- Mentor, coach, and develop designers to raise overall team capability and creative standards
- Take ownership of creative projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring excellence at every stage
- Interpret and challenge briefs to deliver strategically strong, solution-focused creative outcomes
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align creative output with client objectives and business goals
- Champion best practices in design, branding, and storytelling while driving innovation within the studio
Requirements:
- Proven experience within a creative agency environment at management level
- Solution-focused, able to navigate challenges and deliver strong creative outcomes under pressure
- Aspirational and driven, with a desire to push creative boundaries and elevate standards
- Strong experience in digital design and branding, with a portfolio that demonstrates both
- Proven experience leading projects and supporting or mentoring creative teams
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
