Digital Account Executive

Salary: £25,000 – £27,000

Location: Feering, Essex (Hybrid Role, first 3 months in every day for training purposes)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Account Executive to join our Digital Client Services team. You’ll manage a mix of retainer-based and ad-hoc digital projects from websites and Digisuite builds to SEO and digital campaigns. Acting as the main client contact for smaller digital initiatives, you’ll ensure every project runs smoothly, meets deadlines, and exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Web & Digisuite Management

  • Act as the main contact for smaller web and Digisuite projects, including retainers, landing pages, and post-launch support.
  • Handle ad-hoc updates such as content uploads, microsites, digital brochures, and email campaigns.
  • Support Digisuite setup, database updates, and client training.
  • Ensure all work meets brand, UX, and SEO standards.
  • Track and report on project performance and analytics.
  • Manage project billing, retainers, and timelines in Synergist.
  • Spot opportunities to grow and upsell accounts.

SEO Support

  • Be the main contact for client SEO queries and coordinate with the SEO team.
  • Help implement SEO strategies and monitor performance.
  • Review SEO reports and share key insights and recommendations.
  • Support team learning on SEO trends and identify client growth opportunities.

Client Relationship & Project Management

  • Build strong client relationships through clear communication and dependable delivery.
  • Turn client briefs into clear instructions for internal teams.
  • Support project planning and coordination across Studio, UX, Development, QA, and Video teams.
  • Manage digital campaigns, including emails and banners, ensuring on-time delivery and tracking results.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a digital, marketing, or client services role.
  • Strong understanding of digital project management, website content management, and campaign delivery.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools (e.g. Synergist, Asana, Trello)..
